Dave founded Lakemont Consulting Group in 2009 with a simple goal: connect organizations with dependable consultants who deliver results when the stakes are highest. With more than 30 years of sales, business development, and management experience across the technology industry, Dave has built a firm trusted by leading enterprises throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Before founding Lakemont, Dave held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, Oracle, Cambridge Technology Partners, Infosys, CompuCom, and Bellevue Technology Partners, where he led regional sales, account management, and recruiting operations. His extensive network and long-standing relationships with IT leaders have been instrumental in shaping Lakemont’s reputation for quality and trust.
Known for his integrity, energy, and passion for helping clients succeed, Dave continues to guide Lakemont’s strategic direction and client partnerships while mentoring the next generation of consulting leaders.

President
Lakshmi brings over two decades of global leadership experience driving transformation, integration, and scale across Fortune 100 enterprises and high-growth technology companies. As President of Lakemont Consulting Group, she oversees client engagement, operations, and strategic growth—partnering closely with the CRO to expand Lakemont’s footprint across technology, cybersecurity, and professional services sectors.
Before joining Lakemont, Lakshmi served as VP of Business Transformation and M&A Integration at Shutterstock, leading post-merger integrations, AI-driven automation, and synergy realization for seven acquisitions, including Envato. Prior to that, she was VP of Professional Services at Khoros, scaling enterprise implementation and customer success for brands like Airbnb, GM, and ServiceNow.
Earlier in her career, Lakshmi spent over 20 years at Thomson Reuters, where she led global transformation, financial operations, and shared services across 11 countries—culminating in leadership roles spanning the company’s $800M Tax & Accounting, $400M Legal Tech, and $2.4B Financial & Risk divisions.
At Lakemont, Lakshmi applies this enterprise-grade experience to help clients achieve operational excellence, strategic alignment, and measurable business outcomes. She also co-leads business development, forging partnerships that align consulting delivery with long-term client success.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Lakemont Consulting Group, Aaron leads growth strategy, enterprise partnerships, and market expansion. He helps organizations navigate complex, high-stakes initiatives by aligning Lakemont’s consulting talent with strategic business outcomes—ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value and lasting results.
Aaron brings more than a decade of experience supporting Microsoft’s M&A and corporate integration programs at global scale, including initiatives that helped transform Microsoft’s Security business into a $20B global leader recognized by Gartner for Access Management. His leadership spanned enterprise migrations, partner strategy, and post-acquisition delivery across nearly all Fortune 500 clients.
Before joining Lakemont, Aaron held key business development and corporate strategy roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Accenture | SolutionsIQ, CompuCom, Microsoft, and The Kreklow Group. His background in both sales and delivery makes him uniquely skilled at connecting vision to execution.
In parallel, Aaron serves as CEO of Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions, an international advisory firm representing founders, investors, and corporate buyers in $10M–$2B transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia. His combined experience in dealmaking and program delivery gives Lakemont clients a unique advantage in valuation strategy, exit readiness, and post-acquisition integration.
